Well, the weekend has finally come to a close, just a couple more hours till I have to go to bed and start another work week. I was hoping that this weekend would be a little different, some of my co-workers and I pulled some money together ($50) and got quick pick lottery tickets for Saturday's Powerball but we weren't that lucky, we got 3 numbers on one of the tickets giving us a total winning of $7. That money will just go into the pot for Wednesday's drawing only worth about $15 million, now don't get me wrong, I would love to split that 10 ways, as I'm not greedy, a little right now will go a long way. Other than that, it has been just an average weekend, upgraded our porch area to make it easier to sit out there and smoke by putting so blinds in to block out the scorching sun and hung a couple plants, other than that, haven't really done anything. Mom and Mike came over this afternoon for a little while, and it was nice seeing them again, glad that they got out of the house and came over. This week should be another regular week at work, just trying to get everything ready for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and all of the bugs ironed out. Kelly is doing really good, she and I are just ready for the pregnancy to be over and have little Noah in our house and out of her belly. She has been a real trooper through this whole pregnancy and I am extremely proud of her. It really takes a strong woman to put up with a guy like me. But, gotta get the house back in order to get ready for an early start tomorrow. Here is the weather outlook for this week...

Well, the weekend is upon us and there isn't much to report, Kelly and I are going to go to the fair grounds today to see about getting one of those caricature done for $35 dollars. We think that it would be cool to get one whilst she is pregnant so that we can get a good laugh in! Other than the fair grounds we aren't doing too much more today, may go out to Zebulon to see my mom and step-dad but other than that not much else happening. Here is the weekend weather...

Sunday is upon us and it is a good day to get everything in it's place. Cleaning, grocery shopping, just overall straighting up. Yesterday's games was pretty fun with the guys, we played the Wii and the Xbox 360. The Wii is a pretty interesting gaming system, using the Wiimote to maneuver is a little strange at first but you start to get the hang of it. It's good that game manufactures are trying to get the normal gameplay over to something that will make you exercise whilst playing. Alright, gotta get back to work. . .

Well, I am a little hung over from last night, we kindof partied when some of our friends came over. Drank a little, and by a little, I mean, a lot, but I am not too bad, slept till about 12 today, to try to get some energy for today. We got Madden 07 on the Xbox 360 and some games for the Wii. NFL football starts tonight with a preseason game for Carolina, so that is great news. I added some pictures of last night to the New Pictures section of the Wyattville Album so check them out, and if I get some pictures from today, those will also go up, but I will let y'all know. Time to get ready for company. . .

Well, it's Friday, thank goodness. Just sitting here at work, trying to get things done. This weekend is going to be pretty fun, a few of Kelly's friends are coming over to see her and hang out, maybe even give her some presents. Tomorrow, a couple of my friends from work, Jarrad and Tim, are coming over to play Xbox 360 and Wii, so that will be a lot of fun, get to try out the Wii for the first time, so I am pretty excited about that. We had a great time yesterday at Bonnie & Josh's Wedding. It was over in Smithfield, NC, and lasted a couple of hours, it was a hot one out there yesterday but other than that it was really nice. I posted the video that we shot of the wedding in the Wyattville Movies section, so be sure to check that out. We took a ton of pictures but I just added those to the end of the movie. Today was a pretty good day at work, didn't have to be the "boss" today so that made it a lot easier. Other than that, it has been a pretty good day. . .

We just want to say "thank you" to everyone that came out to Kelly's baby shower yesterday. We had a lot of fun and it was good seeing all of you again. We really appreciate all of the great gifts that were given to us and are glad that we are loved by so many, having friends like y'all does make life a lot easier. Today is going to be another hectic day with Kelly's cousin Bonnie's wedding this afternoon at 3pm. Should be a lot of fun and I am soo happy for her and Josh, they make a great couple! Well, today is the day of the baby shower, we have been pretty busy this morning, running to the grocery store, making tea, getting the house cleaned up, and this afternoon is going to be even more busy! Pictures of the baby shower should be up by Monday, that is, if Kelly gives me time to add the pictures and get the album coded :-). A weird thing happened last night, was sleeping in bed and around 3 it felt like a moth had touched my leg, so I just shook my leg and went back to sleep, about an hour later, felt it again, so I reached down, without looking, grabbed the moth and threw it out of the bed. It hit the blinds pretty loud, which woke Kelly, so she got up to take a look at what it was, come to find out, it wasn't a moth at all but a roach! So I freaked out a little and checked the bed for anymore, in the sheets, under the bed, under the furniture, all around the bedroom, but there were no more. So I guess the moral of this story is, is to check the sheets before you go to sleep...

The weekend and baby shower are finally here, it seems like it takes forever for things to get here, but when they finally do, everything becomes hectic. So yeah, this week was quite an adventure, being the PL is a lot of work! Meetings all the time, people asking questions, that you may or may not know, and just running around trying to calm the fires. Well, the baby shower is tomorrow at 4pm, so that is going to be exciting, going to have Chick-Fil-A food so people won't go hungry, there is a pool, and lots and lots of people. Gotta set up everything for the shower tomorrow so that is going to be hectic but as with everything, it will go fine. Alright, got to get back to surfing the net, so I will write more later...
