Here are some cute pictures of the boys from the past few days...

This week has been pretty tough in the medical department, so about a week ago, I started having runny, bloody stool and so I waited for it to clear up, the problem lies that it wasn't clearing up. I went to the doctor last Friday and then was referred to a digestive specialist, who in turn set me up for a colonoscopy. The prep for one of those is the worst part, a couple days low fiber diet, a day of only liquids and then having to drink some nasty stuff to start clearing you out. Well, after the procedure was through, not too much of a big deal, I was knocked out, I learned that I have a form of colitis. I am now on medication, steroidal, to combat it until early May. I will be sure to keep everyone updated on the status of this and hopefully it will clear up soon.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone. Today Kelly and I went out to the park to walk around and take some pictures with one another, while we were posing for a picture, I dropped down to one knee and popped the question, it was good timing too since we got a picture of it!

 We went out to dinner for v-day at Ginza, a Japanese steak house here in Cary, Kelly had the sushi and I had some hibachi.

Gotta start getting ready for the work week, so for now, that's the news...

Today was equally busy, we (Kelly) were privileged to watch Noah's cousin Nathan for a few hours, so the boys got to have a good time playing and making bird feeders...
Lastly, here are just some random pictures that we have been taking, if you have noticed, the pictures have gotten a lot better quality and are coming more frequent, we actually went out and replaced our lost/stolen camera from over a month ago!...

Even being as busy as Kelly and the kids are during the day maintaining our great home, she always makes time to take the kids somewhere cool at least once a week. This week they went to Marbles Museum in downtown Raleigh...

Saturday afternoon/evening we went over to our friend's house Anna & Clif's for dinner and some Wii fun. The dinner was really good, we had some pork chops with broccoli, bread, and tomato and cheese salad.

The superbowl was yesterday and we had our friends Eric and Christine over for dinner, Eric brought spicy ribs and we made fresh corn on the cob and baked macaroni and cheese. It was a pretty delicious meal and the ribs made a good lunch today. Here are some pics of the good time...

Last night was a good night for the gym, I went to do chest and arms workout and it was the workout where I find my new max, and now I can successfully lift 250lbs 1 time. We also had a tupperware party last night, the first time that we have done something like that. A lot of people didn't show up but we had fun nonetheless. There were prizes and Kelly had made a delicious baked ziti.
